What is the best option to change the definition of Jira "Projects" to something else?

In Jira all new groupings of issues are gathered around the definition "Project". This causes issues since in many cases we do not want to organise in projects, but in teams. The fact that we call things "Jira Projects" makes that a bit confusing.

So i would like to change the definition from "Jira Project" to "Jira Team" or something like that. I assume this can be done by editing the language template, but is there a better way to do it?

We used it to rename Issue to Task but also tested out Project to Job - we’ve been very happy with it. 

One section we found that we haven’t yet changed is the JQL search terms
