What is the best way to access the per user cost for jira licenses?

Good Morning, 

I am a new to Jira and was wondering who and what is the best way to determine the per user cost for jira licenses. 

I have reviewed the billing details but am unable to get a detailed breakdown of charges.  Is this limited to the Billing contact only?

You can refer this page to see the license cost per user. Atlassian has decided a pricing  plan for different cloud instance (standard, Premium, Trial)

If you are site admin then in the billing section you can see the total user license you have purchase and other details

Unfortunately this is not what I am looking for.  What I am looking for is the very nitty gritty pricing breakdown of costs.  Is it possible that this information is only available to the billing contact?

Note that this depends on total number of users and doesn't include any discounts your organization may have.  Also, this doesn't include the costs of Marketplace apps.

I'm not sure if site admins have access to the billing details for the site or if it's only for the billing contact.
