We have a big instance of JIRA Sofware Server with a lot of Projects.
In this JIRA instance we have an Administration Project which we use to organize the Team that manages the JIRA instance. Part of our work are changes of the configuration for Projects, so we have an issue of Type "Project" for each Project in our JIRA instance.
We want to make the Project-issue in our Administration Project visible to the ProjectLead of each Project. But of course each ProjectLead should only see the issue for his Project and not the issues for other Projects.
What is the easiest/most efficient way for reaching that Goal, without installing any additional plugins?
Found following low-effort solution:
* Create a custom Field "AdditonalAuthorizedUser" of Type Single or Multiple User
* Set up a issue security schem with only one security level for the administration project
* For the security level authorize the normal project roles as well as the user in in Field AdditionalAuthorizedUser
I think, it will be a too complicated configuration. Better create Project-issue in each project and set security levels.

Setting security Levels in each Project for only one issue - that is also a lot of work
