I'm trying to find a good way to track work for all work that's happening across all projects that are tied to an initiative. Ideally, I'd like to look at this as a Kanban board.
Let's say I have a project where all initiatives are tracked called "Corporate Initiatives" and say we have the following issues:
And say we have 50+ projects that tie to different teams. What is the best way to build a view where we can see Epics/Stories/Tasks tied to each initiative and see them go left to right?
