What is the differance between "resolve" and"closed" in my rapid board?

Depends on how you've configured it, but if you're close to off-the-shelf, then it matches the Jira default workflow. In there, resolved means "developers are done, may need testing/checking/deploying etc" and closed means "there's nothing more to do on this".
