What is the difference between "Cloud fortified" and "Cloud Migration Assistance" in Jira plugin

For some of the Plugins We are seeing "cloud fortified" in the Market place listing page. And for some apps we are seeing "Cloud Migration Assistance" or "Cloud Security Participant".

 I need to know the difference between all these 3 words? 

1. cloud fortified

2.Cloud Migration Assistance

3.Cloud Security Participant
