What is the first installment cost

Hi,

 

I have tried the jira for 15 days. Now that its expired, i want to start the subscription to keep the site alive.

I have added many users around 20 during trial and they have access to my site.But only 7 of them are valid. 

 

Want to know will i be charged for 20 users ($140 per month) or can i choose to go for only 10 users ($10 per month).

 

I dont want to unnecesarily pay $100 when i can only pay @$10 for my requirement.

Hello Chandra,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The charge of JIRA will only be applied to the users which have the application access configured to the application.

Just to confirm we are on the same page here, I believe you are using JIRA Cloud. Right? Can you let us know what do you mean by valid users in the statement below?

I have added many users around 20 during trial and they have access to my site.But only 7 of them are valid. 

If you are using JIRA Cloud and added users that don't need to use the JIRA Application (At least for now),  you can simply remove the application access of the users that are not using your JIRA (In case they will be using JIRA only in the future) or simply delete them.

To remove their application access:

1 - Once you login in your instance, click on the cog icon at the bottom-left corner of your application > User management

2 - Click on the user you want to remove the application access > Unflag the option as displayed in the screenshot below:

To delete the user

1 - Once you login in your instance, click on the cog icon at the bottom-left corner of your application > User management

2 - Click on the drop-down field > Click to remove the user:

Thanks Petter.

 

By valid users, i mean 1 email id per user.

I have added two email ids per user ( official & gmail ) during trial.

Now i cannot remove them as my access to site is blocked with following error message.

 

Site unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud subscription hasn't been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com.

 

Is my only option to create a new site and disband this old site?

Both the email ids for a given user have access to this site.
