What is the format for the Folder Name field when creating an Incoming Mail Handler?

I have created an incoming mail handler and I have set up a separate folder that is will the tickets . I want it to ignore the Inbox. I have tried different opiotns but it only reads from the Inbox. What path should I be entering into the Folder name field, eg. Inbox/ABCDE?

According to the documentation:

"For an IMAP mail server, if you want the mail handler to scan for new messages from a folder other than the inbox in your mail account, specify the name of that folder here."

If the folder that contains the issues is named "ABCDE" then I suspect that is all you need to enter, but I don't have any way to test that out.
