Do you mean "what date was this Issue added to a specific Sprint"?

If so, there is no field to record that date.  The information is in the issue history which can be seen when viewing the issue.

There is no dedicated field in Jira to capture the 'entry date' or 'change date'. For issues added to Sprint, you can check the Burndup report.
