What is the process for renewing community data center licenses?

My data center license expires January 24, 2024. When I go to the list of my licenses, it will not allow me to put a check mark in the license renew box.  Is there a time frame for renewing a license or is there a different process?

@BSANSC2019 I believe that you can just go in and create a renewal quote and then use that to purchase the renewal.
