I don't see any status is updated to Released version after production deployment.What will be the status of the issue after the release
The Release to production for fix versions does nothing to the status of the tickets in the release. It just updates the release info so that you can identify which ones are in progress or deployed.
The only functionality that helps is that if a ticket is not done, the system will prompt you to move the not completed tickets to a new release of your choice which changes the fix version field.

When you want the issues in the release to change status when the version is "released" consider using an Automation for Jira rule, triggered on Version Released, and then iterate on the issues to transition them to the desired status.
