I set up the Jira-Slack integration between one of the projects and a Slack channel and there is no problem there, but when other people (even project admins) tried to edit the subscription they get "permission denied" message.
So my question is: does only the person who originally set the integration have the permission to edit it, or can I give this permission (per project) to other people?
If so, how do I do that?
Hi Luka,
For a given subscription, as long as a user has access to both the Jira project and the Slack channel involved, they whould be able to edit the subscription. Is that the case?
Thanks,
David - Product Manager
Yes, it turns out that the user trying to edit the subscriptions didn't "connect" their jira account with slack first. Once they did that it worked as expected.
