Hello @RosaBlanka - Jira verifies that it can do an entire backup and recovery within that location. This requires there to be at least two times the amount of free space related to your backup.

  1. Go to \Application Data\JIRA\caches\ (your location may be different)
  2. You'll see an 'indexes' folder
  3. Right click that and select properties (mine says 14mb).
  4. You need double that for the HealthCheck to pass.

I don't know the size of your instance but there is more info here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/healthcheck-free-space-746521878.html

Thanks
