What's new in JIRA 7.4?

I'm interested in learning what new features are coming up in JIRA 7.4. Is there any place I can go to learn about what new features and changes are coming to JIRA?

I watch the EAP release notes, and the "preparing for" for the developers.  They're not 100% accurate, sometimes the content changes a bit before actual release, but they give you a good feel even if things do change.
