×Hi, we currently have a free account, but wish to give permissions to another member of the team to be able to update our workflow etc, e.g. wishing to grant them organisation admin rights. We understand under the free plan, that this option is not available but would be grateful if you could advise the cost of the standard plan please.
Ideally, the person would want to allocate specific cover colours to some tickets, as well as update some of the existing fields that we currently use with more appropriate drop down options.
Look forward to your advice.
Hello @Angie Hall
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What you want to do can be done with the Free plan.
To be able to update Workflows a user needs only to be a Jira Application Administrator. You can grant that access to any of your users in the Free plan.
Through the gear icon select User Management. Find the user.
Click on the user to show their details.
You should see a list of the apps, including Jira, with a Role specified for each product.
To give the user admin access for Jira click the Grant Access button.
Find the Jira Administration app, and select the App Admin role.
Click the Grant Access button at the bottom of the screen.
Side note: you can also have multiple Organization Administrators with the Free plan, but that is not needed to give somebody the ability to modify workflows.
