What's the easiest way to create Jira tickets from an External Form?

In what type of Jira project do you want to create the issues (Software, Work Management, Service Management)?

Who will be using the form? Will it be individuals licensed to access your Jira instance?

How much information are you trying to collect?

Do you want to individuals who filled out the form to be able to interact with the issue created after that?

Issues would be created in:

Jira Software, Nex-Gen, Team-Managed Project, Jira cloud

External Jira instance users (outside stakeholders)They would not use the Jira instance.

Users would not be able to interact with issues after they submit the 'Create Jira Issue' form.

This would be a form living on an 100% external web page or other easier method.

I would normally suggest an issue collector, but that doesn't appear to be available for Team Managed projects yet.

Thanks, Trudy. Right, well, Issue Collectors aren't available for nex-gen projects, they were for Classic projects. I don't use Classic projects.
