What's the meaning of 'ug' in Log Work field?

I need a summary report about the time-based work log of jira tasks.

When I export jira issues to CVS file, there are 'Log Work infomation I don't understand as below

;2024/10/30 09:49;ug:5dce0760-6c6a-47f9-bf4a-01c228e16a5e;28800

What do 'ug' and 5dce0760-6c6a-47f9-bf4a-01c228e16a5e means?

In other case - without 'ug' as below, 

;2024/10/29 21:10;64118e0e1273131f2ae0a50b;14400

I found out '64118e0e1273131f2ae0a50b' means 'Assignee Id'.

Actually, I need a summary report about 'Log Work' time based on assigned and date.

Is there any way to export in Jira? or Any add-ons?

Could it be that the worklog entry has restricted visibility to some user or group? (ug)

Anyway, we found out there are many Apps(plug-ins) for work log report in Jira.

I decieded to use one of them.
