What should I be able to see from the Customer Portal?

It is my understanding that you can only view tickets you (yourself) have raised on the customer portal. Is this correct?

If so, what should the following dropdown display? In particular the "Created by anyone" dropdown?

In addition, there doesn't seem to be a difference in terms of results between "My Requests" and "All Requests"

Is it working the way it should? I suspect not , but welcome any input on this one.

Thanks Again

Hi @NTNT - The Created by Anyone/All Requests are tied to the use of Organizations.  As a service desk team, you can add customers to organizations and then customers have the ability to share within their organization.

So, if customer x in organization ABC, they will default to seeing their own requests.  However, if customer y (also in organization ABC) creates a request, customer x can select Created by anyone to view the request Customer y created.
