What should be Hardware Requirement ?

We are planning to migrate our jira server. So please let us know what should be the hardware requirement base on following statistics.

Jira database Mysql 5.7 is also running on this system how many resources it will be consumed.

I recommend monitor to the current resource utilization and make decision basic on that information. Because very big affect have plugins, size of attachments, some third part systems (e.g. LDAP).
