What should i do to remove resolution ("Working as designed") when i reopened bug from bug invalid?

- Developer marked one of my bug as invalid with resolution - "Working as Designed".

- I have got confirmation on the same and reopened the same bug.

- But still, i am able to see a resolution -  "Working as Designed".

- What should i do to remove that resolution?

- That resolution is removable or not?
