What subscriptions are being used and where?

This really applies across the Atlassian suite of tools. We have a lot of subscriptions and I'm trying to determine if there is a way to know if these are being used and where?

Are you talking about multiple instances of Atlassian Cloud products?

Do you have multiple Sites under an Organization, or are Sites under separate Organizations?

Are you trying to determine if instances are actively being used, or determine which users are active?
