The feature flag module for Jira Cloud is described here but is not included in the list of modules available for Jira Server.
I'm hoping to write a plugin to publish a list of flags to S3 and would appreciate any links that show what version of Jira server will include the feature flag api and how to develop for it (e.g. authentication, etc)
