Without looking at your cloud site details - there is a chance that one of the following is the reason why your cloud site is suspended
A. You have activated a 3rd party plugin in your cloud site - after 30 days if no payment is made for the 3rd party plugin your cloud site will be suspended.
B. There are instances where by our customer thought they are on free plan but when double checking the version active in cloud it is set on either standard or premium plan which is a paid version - so after 30 days the system will suspend and deactivate the site if no payment has been made.
C. If no activity has been made on your site for 120 days (and you are on a free plan) the system will also deactivate your cloud site due to inactivity.
The simple fix is to reach out to the Billing and Licensing team via Atlassian Contact Page .
