When I create new Project, I do not see Wiki Renderer at the comments field?

Hi all,

I try to create new Project, but I do not see the Wiki Renderer at the comment field anymore

I try to load the old Project I created before, I still see the Wiki renderer there.

Please help and Any advices for us
