Reporting a bug, where steps to replicate are:
1. Click to reply to a comment on a ticket
2. Add text to the comment
2. Drag and drop a file onto the textbox
Expected: File loads, can continue writing comment, and can send when ready.
Actual: The comment closes and if I click to reply again, the comment is lost.
Considerations: Sometimes the file tries to load into the main comment box, and other times it anchors to the page as if adding an attachment to the ticket overall. In all instances, the comment in the reply section is lost.
