There are some projects with epics that are unassigned so all the team that is working can log time through Tempo. The problem is when I seach that epic to log time in Tempo I cannot find it, but I can find it in Jira and there I have the chance to log time.
Can anybody tell me why is this behaviour? Should I log time in Jira first so I will be able to log time in Tempo then?
How can I fix that because due the amount of issues I have to log time in Tempo it would be great if I have all in my Timesheet.
Hello @Sofia Grunspan
Are you able to log time against any issues via Tempo? If so, how do those issues differ from the ones that you can't find in Tempo?
Are other people able to find and log time against those issues that you can't find in Tempo? If so, what is the difference in permissions between you and them?
Can you provide a screen image of what you see in Tempo when you are searching for and not finding one of these issues?
Hi! Suddenly don't know why but it appreared. I guess first I have to log in Jira and then it was available in Tempo. I don´t know why of this behaviour.
