When I select CFD report in Team Challengers Board(SP) the Ready For Pre-Prod which is the last work

When I select CFD report in Team Challengers Board (SP) the Ready for Pre-Prod which is the last workflow stage in our board doesn’t show up.

We are missing that stage of our workflow in the metric. There are tickets present in the Ready for pre prod status, but they are not visible in the graphical report.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Would you please post an image of what you are seeing for the CFD report?

Have you checked if any filtering / options for the report are selected to remove that status / column value?

Hi @mhari.krishna,

Not sure what is wrong with that report, but be aware that a better alternative to it could be the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.

It is highly configurable, can display data by statuses or board columns, can calculate by issue count, story points or time estimates and can group data by various time intervals.
