When I share a plan with a colleague he doesn't see the feature in the plan.

The colleague has view rights on the plan that I created BUT he doesn't see the features....

Does the user have the Browse Projects permission for the project that contains the Feature issues?

Does the user have access to see the Feature issues directly, outside of the plan?
