When I try to add a comment into a Jira epic I receive this error: The Jira server could not be cont

When in a Jira epic I receive this error and try closing and starting again but it keeps happening to one specific epic.

The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser

This could be caused by one of the two issues described in the KB below.

There are other things that cause this as well so let me know if one of those does not resolve the issue.
