When and How is applied strikethrough on Issue Key

Jira is applying strikethrough even a task is still in progress. I need this to be re-configured in order to apply  strikethrough  only if task in Status "Closed,Done etc.".

strikethrough is controlled by the Resolution field. One possible explanation for what you are seeing is that the in progress issue with strikethrough once was marked as done with the resolution set. However your workflow probably does not clear the resolution if it's re-opened.

Hi @Jack Brickey the issue is that strikethrough appears once the task is taken, resolution field hasn't change since creation of the ticket.

When is the resolution field set? That is, which transition is setting the resolution? Please provide a screenshot or inspect the history of the issue in question.
