When deleting your account is possible to avoid the 14 days grace period and do it instantly?

I need to change my email on JIRA urgently and the new email I want to keep has already signed up on JIRA so I deleted that JIRA account but it will take 14 days to permanently delete it and I want to do it instantly so I can change my email on the other account.

Yes, you can skip the 14 days grace period to delete an Atlassian account by contacting Atlassian support at the following link:

Here are the required steps to properly request the 14 days skip:

1. If it is a managed account, only the related org-admin can request the 14 days skip
2. If it is an unmanaged account, add the email address of the account as a request participant to the ticket as we will need the authorization to be sent from that email address to proceed
3. Describe your request, pointing to the email address of the deleted account
