When exporting filter results to excel (app), data is missing from few columns

So I have a filter that works fine in JIRA and shows data for all columns.

When I use export to Excel (app), 3 of the columns are missing data.  One is blank and the other two shows "No field found" error.

Does it make sense that the filter in JIRA can find the field and data, but the export feature can't?

I think I saw a similar question recently here on the community site, but I can't find it now...

You may want to search for that and see if that user found a solution? You can also try the Better Excel Exporter app and see if it can export all columns successfully.
