When have created and updated Fix version?

Dear community,

Where can I see when the version was created and set the start and release date?
Also is it possible to see when unreleased version change your status as released (may be taken later or earlier than scheduled)?

I believe that with out-of-the-box features, only the site admin can see that information on the audit log. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/

Without site admin permissions, I believe you could create automation rules to track such changes to a project's versions.

I have a similar problem, I want to compare predefined end date with the actual one. Have no information of where I can find the predefined end date
