Hi
İ try to complate active sprint, All issues are Done status but when complate sprint, issues are incomplate and that issue will romeve other sprint or backlog , what should i do about make issue complated
My project is Company-managed software
Hey , @Volkan kiper , as per your query, please make sure once again that all issues are in the done status, because some issues might be in unmapped status so map them to done column and then try completing the sprint.
You can check for unmapped status in the columns in board settings.
This is the unmapped status and it has one issue which is incompleted, so you are getting issue as not completed while completing the sprint so map it to done column and then your issues will be completed and you can complete the sprint.
Hope, this helps you @Volkan kiper
Thanks,

Hi @Volkan kiperAll great what you have done but I can see the Done column is in the (In progress category a blue line) and Blocked Column is in the (Done category a green line), Jira has categories To do, In Progress ,Done. You can complete the sprint by moving all issues to Blocked column and that helps you in issue completion and also sprint completion.
Hope this helps you, Thanks @Volkan kiper ,

Hi Volkan,
For issues to be considered complete in a sprint, they must be in the last column of your scrum board, regardless of the status. For your screen shot above, please move the Done column to be the last column (to the far right) on your board.
