When integrating WBS Gantt with Jira it is throwing error

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have followed below steps to add WBS app to my Jira site.I have tried from admin login.
Go to apps>>Explore more apps>>Search for WBS>>Click on try for free
After waiting for a while I'm getting the attached error message.
Hence,please help me on integrating with WBS.We have reached Ricksoft to check if it issue form WBS.They have confirmed that we need to reach Attlassian team only.
