When merging projects in one Jira board could the client and user see all combined projects

Given: 3 Projects (aka clients)

We want to merge them into one board creating new board in one of the projects.

Question: can clients (role: client and user) see issues of other projects on this new combined board?

Hello @Karina Paula-Freimane 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The users will see only the issues that they have permissions to see, based on their permissions in the projects and any issue security that may have been applied to the issues.
