When moving the bugs from the backlog to the existing Sprint, they are getting stroked off

I am trying to move the bugs from the backlog to the existing Sprint, they are getting stroked off, irrespective of the status.

Kindly suggest what needs to be done.

Please can you clarify what you mean when you say the bugs are stroked off? Do you mean that they are automatically being marked as done with the cross through the key, like this?

Please check the workflow for the Bugs. It sounds like there is a post function setting the resolution but on the transition to 'To Do' instead of 'Done'. It could also be a project auomation. Pleae check both and give us your feedback.

Yep, this is how it is displaying.Thanks for your comments..The worflow is predefined in this scenario is what is my understanding.

Hi @Sougandhi k , thanks for your response. If the resolution being set on the transition from the Backlog into the Sprint, this is incorrect. Please ask an administrator to modify the workflow for you.
