When the filter is set 'All Assignees' i cannot see "tasks" in the To Do section of Task Board

Cannot see the sub-tasks in the 'task board', when the filter is set
'All Assignees'.

Is this the expected behavior?

I can't reproduce this in JIRA 5.2.4 with GreenHopper 6.1.3.1 while in the Classic Task Board. Perhaps I misunderstand the scenario.

Do you have screenshot for this ? what is the JIRA and GreenHopper version. What is the sample scenario of the issue and it's subtask ?

It should not, unless the sub tack just eclapse under the issue, also you should check whether you've got enough permission to view them.
