When the status of a task in the project changes or the time estimate changes, a certain value of 4h is set in the task estimate field.

I checked the automation, there are no scripts. The post of the function, there is also nothing related to this. Field settings. I can't find the source of the problem. The error is observed only in one project, in the rest everything is OK.

Hi @Архипов Тихон , Welcome to the Atlassian Community,

Have you checked the transition properties of the workflow that is used in your project ?

Hope we get to the bottom of this,

Dick

If no scripts are running and the status change properties are cleared, I'm a bit lost...

It started met thinking outside the box: could we be facing something like a time zone induced offset of a default value here? In other words, is this project different from the other projects in this way (user time zones included)?

The problem is that the time estimate field should not have a default value. And I can't find anywhere where to see if it exists and what it is. But thanks for the thought about time zones, I'll look in the settings. Although in this case, I do not understand why, when changing the time estimate, he immediately returns it to its original state with a separate action

Hey @Архипов Тихон,

If you use add-ons like Scriptrunner or JMWE, check their listeners in Administration > Manage apps. It is possible that some scripts are running.
