When transition status' disappear on some issues, but not others.

1.  Two (2) Jira issues in the same project. 
2.  Both issues using the same, identical workflow.  
3.  Both issues were the same issue type (Story).  
4.  Both issues were in the same state (New).  

One issue displayed all of the correct workflow status' on the edit screen.  The other issue displayed none.    

Unable to find any differences between the two Jira issues, we ran the INTEGRITY CHECKER database-integrity-checker and received the following message:  

ERROR:  DEV-12354 - The workflow entry with id 6044205 has an incorrect state.  

The screen provides a 'Fix' button.

Hi

You can try to use the Fix action from the INTEGRITY CHECKER. Then check in the WF if there is any condition on the transition that may prevent the transition to be displayed.

Finally you can try to do a copy of the WF and apply this copy to the Workflow Scheme without editing it.
