Dear @Mohamed Eltaweel ,

First, make sure eazyBI has version 6.2 or later and the MySQL JDBC driver to your application server is in place (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/set-up-and-administer-for-jira-server/installation-and-setup#Installationandsetup-Databaseconnection).
If the error persists, you may try the solution suggested by @Thomas Deiler. In eazyBI, add a property to the advanced database settings to allow public key access (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/set-up-and-administer-for-jira-server/installation-and-setup#Installationandsetup-Databaseadvancedsettings
[properties]
allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true
If this does not solve the case, please contact eazyBI Support (https://eazybi.com/contact).
Best,
Zane / eazyBI Support
