When we are importing the backup files stored earlier on JIRA, we are facing the following error. we need help with this.

Our instance was fairly large. the backup was around 334MB. We are in the middle of installation activity.

Please help us in this regard.

Based on that, seems that JIRA was out of memory. You can see more information regarding this error here with a resolution as well (increase JIRA memory). My suggestion is to increase the memory by 256mb blocks and see how it goes with the performance after that.
