When we open Backlog tab under project it was not loading.

When we open Backlog tab under project it was not loading. It was saying Too many issues are trying to load. What could br the reason.

This depends on the type of Project, but it's either...

• Jira Work Management - >1000 issues
• Jira Software - >5000 issues

There are suggestions to change this:

• JSWCLOUD-16259 
• JWMCLOUD-23 

^ In terms of a solution, I'd recommend:

• For Company-managed JSW, modify the Board's filter to limit the number of results
• For other Project types, you might need to migration to a Company-managed JSW Project, as this is the only Project type with a Board where you can filter the number of included issues

Backlog & Boards have Issue count limit - 5000 for view. How many issues do you have there? How do you have the Board filter set up?
