For Jira Software Cloud, based on the roadmap, looks like FedRAMP Moderate will be in 2023.
Atlassian will hold a FedRAMP Moderate ATO for Jira Software Cloud and Confluence Cloud.

the page at that link shows what FedRamp is, but not when the Jira cloud will be FedRamp certified. Jack, do you have more specific information on that?
