When will the early transition to the New Issue View be available for admins?

I got a notice that there would be a choice to transition my users to the New Jira issue view early, but when I attempted to enable that I see that it is not yet available? When do we expect that option to be unlocked so that those of us who want to can selectively move early?

I do not know the "when", and I didn't see it on the What's New page: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/whats-new/cloud
