When you move an issue between Jira projects what permissions does it have?

When you move a story or task from one Jira project to another which permissions does it have when it is moved? Does it inherit the permissions from the new project, the old project, or both projects?

Hello! The permissions are linked to the Projects, not to the issues, so the issues will respect the permissions of the project they currently reside, meaning that moving an issue from one project to another will make it subject to the permissions of the project where it was moved.
