Whenever a use created a new jira , I want a automate a comment

Hi

i want to know how to automate a comment when user create a Jira.

like a Jira created , state is new request.

i want comment automatically add “thank for created , we will look in to asap”

By Jira, I am assuming you mean a ticket or request. In cloud you can use "Project Automation" to do things like this and much more. You would go to the following path:

1. Navigate to the project you want to add this automation to
2. Select Project Settings in the side menu navigation
3. Scroll to the bottom of project settings and find Project Automation

You must be a project or Jira admin to access the project settings

This is where you can make automatons for your project. You would want to create one, use the trigger of "Issue Created", set any conditions you may need to set and then use an action of comment.
