Hi.
I am in the process of creating an issue collector. However I have came across a small problem, I was wondering if anyone could help with.
I have created a customer issue collector form using customer fields. As default at the bottom of this form a 'Name' and 'email' fields is located. However, when I look at the issue in the Kanban board after the collector has been filled out there is no sign of these two fields. I have looked everywhere and I am unable to have the 'name and email' fields in the issue view/ edit screen.
Any suggestions?
Hi @tom.francis
I haven't used Issue collector for a while but have a look at these five suggestions and see if one or more of them fixes your problem.

Hi,
The problem I am finding is that the 'name' and 'email' fields are not optional, they default on the issue collector form, however, it doesn't seem possible to add these to the edit & view screen in Jira. Which is very strange.
