Where can I find Jira Service Management account lockout rules?

We are using Jira Service Management cloud and SSO. Where can I find this information in JSM?

Can you clarify what you mean by lockout rules?

Do you mean how do you deactivate a user's account? If so...

• Remove their product/site access via Jira Settings > User Management
• Revoke their access within your SSO/SAML platform

Thank you for responding. How many attempts before the account is locked out. What message does the user receive etc.

I know how to deactivate a user account within the JSM tool. Need to understand the rules behind an account being locked.
