Where can I find a listing of all seeded fields in JIRA?

My guess is that "seeded" means "system" fields, plus the custom fields addons generate as they're installed? (i.e, install Jira, add Agile and then have a look at the list of custom fields - even on an "empty" Jira, there's a handful there) But it is unclear what "seeded" means here.
